Our process
Four stages, the same on every job. You will know who is coming, what happens next and what it costs before any work starts.
We’ll give you a call the same day to discuss your project and can assist with selections.
You send us your plans or cabinet maker drawings and we create your custom quote.
Measured off your real cabinetry once it is in and level, so the fit comes off your kitchen and not off a drawing.
Fabricated to the template, installed, and checked over before we leave. Joins, edges and cut-outs are ours to answer for.
Questions we get asked
We run the whole benchtop: specifying and sourcing the stone, templating on site, fabrication and installation. You deal with one person for all of it, and we are accountable for the finished bench rather than only the part that suits us.
Templating happens once your cabinetry is in and level, because the measurements have to come off the real kitchen. Fabrication and install follow from there. We give you the dates in writing at quote stage and tell you early if anything moves.
It depends on the material, the slab, the thickness, the edge profile and how many cut-outs and joins the layout needs. What we will not do is give you a low number and revise it later. You get one price covering templating, fabrication, cut-outs, edges, delivery and installation, and that is the price you pay.
Yes, removal and disposal can be included. Tell us what is there now when you enquire, because older engineered stone has to be handled under silica dust rules and that is worth knowing before install day.
A large part of what we do is trade work for builders, kitchen companies and cabinetmakers across Sydney, alongside jobs direct for homeowners. Either way the process is the same.
